Horikiri manufactures large "springs" by hot forming using its proprietary technology. These "springs" work to dampen the shocks and vibrations of large automobiles and construction machinery in order to keep them functioning properly. Our products help to support the foundation of machines that are useful in society.

Horikiri was the first company in the world to succeed in mass production of "Tufflex®" using the MAF construction method. In 1994, we succeeded in developing a hollow stabilizer with a weight reduction ratio of 38%. As a manufacturer of suspensions exclusively for commercial vehicles, we have won the trust of our customers through our technological capabilities that we have refined.

Since 1971, when we started exporting leaf springs for heavy-duty vehicles to the U.S., we have had an uninterrupted business relationship with PACCAR in the U.S., which has since expanded to include truck manufacturers in Europe and Asia.
In particular, we have received PACCAR's 10 PPM Quality Award (50 PPM until 2015) for more than 10 consecutive years, recognizing our high level of quality performance.
In 1974, we received the Deming Prize for SME Implementation, the world's highest ranking for TQM (Total Quality Management), demonstrating our world-class quality. Since then, we have continued to deliver high quality products to our customers.
