Horikiri's leaf springs pursue lighter weight, longer life, and better ride comfort. We provide the best safety and ride comfort for all commercial vehicles, from heavy-duty vehicles to light-duty vehicles.
●taper leaf spring
Leaf springs have a simple structure consisting of one to several stacked leaf plates. In addition to supporting the weight of the vehicle body, leaf springs also serve as links in suspension systems and play a role in positioning the vehicle body and tires.
This system is expected to continue to be used in the future because of its simplicity and strength, as well as its economical advantages. Horikiri designs and manufactures tapered leaf springs such as "TAFLEX®" that are lightweight and have a long service life, using taper processing technology that continuously changes the thickness of the leaf over almost its entire length and processing heat treatment to increase its strength.
●Stabilinker
A plate arm with tapered rolling on both sides and a bar or pipe with upset forging on both ends of round steel or steel tube are welded together to form a single unit. As a component of the air suspension system, it can save space because it has both a lower rod function for positioning the axle and a Stabilizer function for restraining body lean (roll) during cornering.
Horikiri is the only manufacturer in Japan that produces Stabilizers.
●Stabilizer
This spring is made of round steel formed into a U-shape to suppress body lean (roll) that occurs when cornering or changing lanes, thereby improving maneuvering Stability.
